Established in 2015, the University of Jhang (UOJ), a public institution in Punjab, Pakistan, is officially recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and Punjab HEC UOJ offers a wide selection of 4‑year Bachelor’s (BS) degrees across disciplines like Computer Science, Business, Education, Sciences, Arts & Humanities, and more, alongside postgraduate programs and vocational diplomas.

The university boasts modern facilities, including academic and administrative buildings, hostels, scientific laboratories, digital libraries, computer labs, an E‑Rozgar center, sports grounds, a cafeteria, daycare, as well as printing and photocopy services.

Undergraduate (BS) Programs

Minimum Qualification: FA / F.Sc. or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate marks from a recognized board or institution is required for all BS programs.
Program-Specific Requirements vary:
- BS Mathematics: F.Sc. (Pre‑Engineering) or Pre‑Medical with Mathematics, or ICS with Physics & Math, with at least 45% marks
- BS IT / CS: Intermediate, DAE (3‑year), or equivalent with minimum 50% marks; some programs accept F.A. / F.Sc. / ICS with 45%.
- BS Sociology, Economics, English Lit., Mass Com, Psychology, Islamic Studies, etc.: O/A Level or FA / F.Sc. or equivalent with 45% marks.
Age Limit: Maximum 24 years old for BS programs.
Academic History: Candidates with a third division in their previous degree are not eligible.B.Ed. Program (1.5‑Year)
Admission requires a Master’s degree (MA/MSc) or BS (Hons) or B.Ed. (16 years of schooling) in any subject.

Postgraduate Programs (MS/M.Phil)

MS and M.Phil programs require 16 years of education, relevant undergraduate degrees, and typically a minimum CGPA of 2.5/4.0 or 50% marks.
Many MS/M.Phil programs also require passing the UOJ GAT‑General/Admission Test with minimum 50% score, valid for 6–12 months depending on the program.

Interview date for Postgraduate is on 17 September 2025 at 02:00 pm sharp.
Final Selection: Based on academic performance, test scores, interview results (if applicable), and merit.
Incomplete Application forms will not be entertained in any Jhang university program.
